SpicyChat Alternatives in 2026: After the Price Rise

If you want a SpicyChat alternative, the date that matters is 8 September 2026. That is when SpicyChat raised two of its three tiers by $5 a month, and the reason "spicychat alternative" is being searched again. This post compares LewdChat.ai, SpicyChat, Janitor AI and Candy AI on price, free tier, images, filter and payment. Competitor facts were checked on 15 October 2026 on each company's own pages, and where a fact could not be read, the post says so.

The one-line answer: if you want explicit chat with images from the character on the free models, no ads and no card, LewdChat.ai is the alternative built for that. If you want the largest user-made library and $5.95 a month is fine, stay on SpicyChat; the price rise did not touch its cheapest tier much.

What changed at SpicyChat

SpicyChat's own pricing FAQ, published in its docs, lays out the change.

Euro prices match the dollar prices; GBP has its own table. Four more facts from the same FAQ and the premium-features guide:

• Nothing was added. The FAQ says it was purely a price change and every tier keeps what it included before.
• Old subscribers keep their price for as long as the plan stays active and unchanged. Upgrading, downgrading or switching between monthly and annual moves you to current pricing, and a lapsed subscription cannot get the old price back.
• The tiers are gates. The free tier has ads. Get A Taste removes them. True Supporter adds conversation images, longer replies (300 tokens instead of 180), advanced models and more personas. I'm All In adds up to 32K context, priority generation and images on every character.
• Payment is by card. The FAQ also mentions payment methods that do not renew automatically; those pay current pricing on each purchase.

So the complaint is not the content, which is uncensored on bots marked NSFW, and not the library, which is large. It is that images cost $19.95 a month, an ad-free chat costs $5.95, and both just went up.

Janitor AI's site blocked the crawl, so its row comes from its help centre and newsroom. Candy AI's plan prices are rendered by JavaScript and were not readable, so they are marked "not checked".

LewdChat.ai: images and no ads, without a tier

LewdChat.ai is a curated roster of adult characters. Each one has a scenario, a greeting that opens the scene, a personality that decides how she talks, and a face that stays the same in every image she sends. Four things differ from SpicyChat.

Images on the free models

Ask for an image at any point and the character sends one that matches the scene, with the same face as every other image of her. This is not a tier. A free account with its 50 welcome coins can ask for one.

No ads, no subscription requirement

There are no ads on any tier. Messages cost coins: 2 coins a message on the free models, so a $4.99 pack of 1,000 coins is 500 messages. Plans from $11.99 a month add monthly coins, larger models at 3 to 30 coins a message, a longer context window and longer replies. Nothing requires one, and there is no daily cap and no waiting room.

Crypto or Telegram Stars, never a card

Coins are bought with crypto through NOWPayments or with Telegram Stars through Telegram. No card number reaches the site, and nothing from LewdChat.ai appears on a bank statement. No filter, one rule

There is no content filter between you and the model, and the models were chosen for adult chat. The one rule is the terms: adults only, fictional characters, nothing about real people. The no-filter page spells out what that means.

What SpicyChat does better: the library. Anyone can create a bot, so there are far more of them. LewdChat.ai has a curated roster, no user uploads, no voice and no video.

The other alternatives, honestly

Janitor AI

Free, with a first paid tier since 24 June 2026: Janitor+ at $12.99 a month for five times the context, priority messages and monthly swipes on its frontier models. The free tier keeps unlimited chats on the standard models with about 9k context, and there are no ads. No images and no voice. Candy AI

Character.ai

The place many SpicyChat users came from. It filters explicit content on every tier, and on 13 October 2026 the company announced a Chapter 11 process. The character AI alternatives post covers the options.

How to switch

Nothing imports a SpicyChat bot. What moves is the kind of character you like, and the roster is sorted by kind.

1. Find the archetype. Kinky and lewdest for the explicit end, dominant and femdom for the ones who run the chat, submissive for the opposite. The tag index lists every hub.
2. Open a character and read the scenario and the greeting. No account is needed.
3. Create a free account when you want to answer. It comes with 50 welcome coins.
4. Set your display name in your profile; the character uses it. Say the rest about yourself in your first message.
5. Ask for an image when the scene calls for one, and buy a pack with crypto or Telegram Stars when the coins run out.
