Frequently asked questions

What is LewdChat.ai?

LewdChat.ai is an uncensored AI character chat and roleplay site for adults. You chat with fictional characters that answer in their own voice and can send images of themselves. Every character is depicted as an adult. Read more on the About page.

Is it free?

Browsing is free and needs no account. A free account comes with welcome coins, and every message you send spends a small number of coins. When the welcome coins run out you can buy a coin pack or a subscription. There is no free trial that turns into a charge, and no card is required to start.

What do coins and gems do?

Coins pay for messages and for generated images. Gems unlock image albums and can be exchanged for coins. Both are virtual credits inside the site. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be paid out. A subscription grants coins every month for the length of its term.

How does payment work?

You can pay with cryptocurrency or with Telegram Stars. Pick a coin pack or a plan, then pick how to pay. With crypto, you are sent to the NOWPayments checkout, and the coins land in your account when the network confirms the payment. With Telegram Stars, a payment link opens in Telegram, you pay from your Stars balance, and the site updates as soon as Telegram confirms. With either method we see no card number, and nothing from LewdChat.ai appears on a card or bank statement.

Does a plan renew by itself?

A plan paid with crypto runs for the term you paid for and then stops. A monthly plan paid with Telegram Stars can renew every 30 days from your Stars balance; the checkout says so before you pay. Yearly plans and coin packs never renew.

How do I cancel a Telegram Stars renewal?

Open the Billing page and choose Cancel renewal, or cancel the subscription in Telegram's Stars settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the term you already paid for.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to admin@lewdchat.ai from the address you signed up with. Your account, chats and generated images are deleted within 30 days. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.
