Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of LewdChat.ai ("we"). By using lewdchat.ai (the "Service") you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live. The Service contains explicit adult content. You may not use it where such content is illegal.
2. What the Service is
The Service lets you chat with fictional AI characters and receive generated images. Every character is fictional and is depicted as an adult. Replies and images are produced by machine learning models. They can be wrong, inconsistent or offensive, and they are not advice of any kind.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. You may hold one account.
4. Coins, gems and subscriptions
Coins and gems are virtual credits for use inside the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or paid out, and are forfeited when your account closes. Payments are made in cryptocurrency or in Telegram Stars. A cryptocurrency payment is final once the network confirms it, and a Telegram Stars payment is final once Telegram confirms it. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude. A Telegram Stars payment that we cannot match to a purchase is refunded to the paying Telegram account.
A subscription runs for the term you paid for and grants coins as described on the plan. A plan paid in cryptocurrency ends without renewal. A monthly plan bought with Telegram Stars as a renewing plan, which the checkout states before you pay, renews every 30 days, and Telegram charges your Stars balance for each new term until you cancel. You can cancel on the Billing page or in Telegram; the current term then runs to its end. The purchase of Telegram Stars themselves is governed by Telegram's terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- create, request or share content that depicts a minor in any sexual way, or that is otherwise illegal;
- impersonate, harass or threaten a real person;
- scrape, copy, resell or redistribute characters, images or replies;
- probe, overload or interfere with the Service or bypass its limits.
We may remove content and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.
6. Content and rights
The characters, their images and the Service itself belong to us or our licensors. You keep the rights in the messages you write. You give us a licence to store and process them so that the Service can work. Generated replies and images are for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service, including individual characters and models, at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
