Privacy Policy

This policy explains what lewdchat.ai stores about you and why. The data controller is the operator of LewdChat.ai, reachable at admin@lewdchat.ai.

1. What we store

  • Account data. Your email address, username, a hashed password or your Google sign-in identity, and your settings.
  • Chats. The messages you send, the replies you receive, and the images generated for you. Chats are sent to the language model and image model that produce the replies.
  • Purchases and balances. Invoices, payment status from the payment provider, and the ledger of your coins and gems. For a Telegram Stars payment we also store the ID of the Telegram account that paid, so that we can refund the payment or cancel a renewal. We never see a card number or a wallet private key.
  • Technical logs. IP address, browser type, request times and security events such as sign-ins, kept to run and protect the Service.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics records the pages you visit and the actions you take, using cookies. It does not receive your messages.

2. Why we store it

To provide the Service you signed up for, to take payment and credit your account, to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, and to understand how the site is used so that we can improve it.

3. How long we keep it

  • Account data and chats: until you delete them or your account.
  • Security logs: 90 days.
  • Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, after which they are deleted.

4. Who else processes it

  • NOWPayments, for cryptocurrency payments.
  • Telegram, for Telegram Stars payments.
  • Cloudflare, for network delivery and protection.
  • Google, for analytics and optional Google sign-in.
  • The AI model providers that generate replies and images.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@lewdchat.ai from the address on your account and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the United States or in the country where you live.

6. Children

The Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly store data about anyone under 18. If you believe we do, tell us and we delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
